Rules for using the Spotuna platform
1. Service Definition
Spotuna is an AI-powered video generation platform. We use OpenAI and Veo3 technologies to create video content from text descriptions provided by our users.
2. Platform Usage
By using Spotuna, you accept that:
- • Each video generation is unique and may produce different results
- • Results depend entirely on third-party APIs (OpenAI and Veo3)
- • No guarantee of specific results is provided
- • You are responsible for the content of prompts you submit
- • It is strictly prohibited to submit illegal, offensive or inappropriate content, including: hate speech, pornography, violent content, copyright infringement, or any content contrary to applicable laws
- • Spotuna reserves the right to suspend or immediately terminate access for any user violating these prohibitions
3. Responsibilities and Limitations
Spotuna expressly disclaims all liability regarding:
- • Quality of generated videos
- • Compliance of results with your expectations
- • Style variations or visual inconsistencies
- • How you use the created videos
Our liability is strictly limited to the proper technical functioning of the interface.
4. Intellectual Property
Videos generated by Spotuna are created by third-party AI technologies. You obtain a complete and exclusive commercial use license for your created videos. Spotuna may retain a copy solely for technical purposes (logs, service improvement, problem resolution). We cannot guarantee absence of conflicts with existing third-party intellectual property rights. Spotuna does not commercially exploit client videos without their express consent. Users remain entirely responsible for respecting third-party rights (images, trademarks, music, etc.) in their generated videos.

5. Pricing and Payments
Pricing: All prices are displayed in euros including VAT (20% French rate).
Payment: Payments are secured via Stripe. Purchased credits are non-refundable.
Credits validity period: Purchased credits remain valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. After this period, unused credits expire permanently. However, you may request renewal of your expired credits by email to contact@spotuna.com at least 1 month before the expiration date.
Billing: An electronic invoice is automatically sent after each purchase.
6. Right of Withdrawal
⚠️ Important: In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code
The 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to digital content whose execution began immediately after your express agreement. By using our AI video generation service, you expressly waive this right for consumed credits.
7. Consumer Rights
As a European consumer, you benefit from specific rights:
- • Access to consumer mediation
- • Recourse to competent courts
- • Use of the European online dispute resolution platform

9. Subscription Terms
3-Day Free Trial
⚠️ Important: No refund after trial period ends
Spotuna offers a 3-day free trial for the Pro Monthly plan. The following conditions apply:
- • The free trial lasts 3 days from the activation date
- • If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged the subscription amount
- • No refund can be issued once the trial period has ended and payment has been processed
Automatic Renewal
Your Pro Monthly and Pro Annual subscriptions automatically renew on the due date.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your client area. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current period. No refund will be issued for the period already consumed.
Payment Failure
In case of payment failure, your subscription will be suspended after 3 attempts. The service will be automatically reactivated upon receipt of payment.
Refund Policy
Subscriptions are non-refundable once the period has started. Once payment is made and the subscription period begins, no refund will be granted. The right of withdrawal does not apply to subscriptions in accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code. In case of technical problems on our part, we may extend your subscription or refund you on a pro-rata basis.
Plan Changes
You can modify your subscription plan at any time. Changes will take effect at the next billing cycle. Unused tokens are preserved.
